The enclosure and services: closing in
Roofing, cladding and joinery form the external enclosure. Inside, services are installed before insulation and linings close the walls. Confirm the timing of electrical and plumbing selections, and ask how changes at this stage would be handled.
Finishes and handover: bringing it together
Finishes, kitchens, bathrooms and fittings bring the home towards completion. Ask about inspections, remaining work, the relevant completion documents and the handover sequence. Keep product care instructions and any guarantee documents together after handover.
