Common in newer subdivisions, and we deal with them all the time. We check the covenants and the geotech on your specific lot before anything is signed, so the design we price is one your subdivision will approve.

After the site evaluation and prelim works, your quote becomes a set-price contract. From then on the price moves only for a variation you ask for, or something genuinely outside anyone's control, and we're upfront about both.
